01.Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use services on tk1973:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. We may request proof of age for verification at any time.
• Online gaming activities must be legally permitted in the area from which you are accessing the service.
• Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must play in your own name and with your own funds. Playing on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• If your account was previously closed by tk1973, you may not create a new account.

02.Account Registration and Security

When creating an account on tk1973, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

2.2Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Use a strong password and do not share it with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

2.3KYC Verification

tk1973 may request documents for identity verification (Know Your Customer – KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account management. Cooperating with the KYC process is your obligation.

03.Deposits and Withdrawals

tk1973 supports Bangladesh's popular mobile payment methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

3.1Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through a third party are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

3.2Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed only to the depositor's own verified account.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing (if a bonus has been accepted).
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after wagering is completed.

3.3Anti-Money Laundering

tk1973 follows all possible Anti-Money Laundering policies. We reserve the right to suspend an account and notify the relevant authorities if suspicious financial activity is detected.

04.Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tk1973 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers, which apply under specific terms.

4.1Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.
• Example: Depositing ৳18,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳26,000.
• The welcome bonus applies one time only.

4.2Wagering Requirements

If the welcome bonus is accepted, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal. For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳20,000 in wagers before withdrawal.

4.3General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers have their own expiry period. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted in the offer's terms.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled and action may be taken on the account.
• Each promotional offer has its own terms and conditions, which are stated on that offer's page.

05.Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1Betting Limits

07.Account Suspension and Permanent Closure

7.1Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request closure of their account at any time. In this case, the verified balance (after wagering requirements have been met) may be withdrawn.

7.2Suspension or Closure by tk1973

tk1973 may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of the terms.
• If evidence of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity is found.

• If the account holder is found to be a minor.
• If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified.
